The Central Sierra Historical Society and Museum promotes learning, understanding, diversity and creativity. History, math, science and more come to life through engagement with artifacts from our diverse region.
Our tours are educational for all and connect directly to a specific grade’s curriculum and comply with California state standards. School Tours can be customized to focus on particular themes, or can be adapted to any grade level.
Developing and maintaining educational programs is a major point of emphasis within our mission statement. To that end we are proud to offer free school tours led by former educators, board members, volunteers, and docents from our community.
Please download our School Program Guide for more details and fill out a tour reservation form and send it to Nettie Carroll by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
